Fred Senoga Makubuya, 49, is a world famous political cartoonist. A graduate of Makerere University School of Fine Art, Kampala, Uganda, currently resides in California, U.S.A. Also attended Studio Arts College in Los Angeles getting a diploma in computer animation. Currently freelancing with different organizations around the world.
